• Advertiser: An individual or business who purchases Click Views (ads) to promote their links.
• Member: An individual who signs up for ClickCASH and clicks on ads to earn rewards.
• Click Views: Units purchased by Advertisers to generate clicks on their links.
• Link: Any website, Facebook post, YouTube video, or other online content promoted through ClickCASH.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use the Services.

3. User Accounts

• You may create an account as an Advertiser or a Member.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating and updating your account.

4. Advertisers

• You are responsible for the content of your links and for ensuring they comply with ClickCASH's Acceptable Use Policy.
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legitimacy of your links.
• You acknowledge that ClickCASH cannot guarantee the quality or effectiveness of your advertising campaigns.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your advertising activities.

5. Members

• You agree to click on ads only once per campaign.
• You agree not to use any automated methods or bots to click on ads.
• You agree not to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity on the platform.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your online activity.

6. Payments

• Advertisers pay for Click Views based on ClickCASH's pricing structure.
• Members earn rewards based on the number of valid clicks they make.
• ClickCASH reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments if it suspects fraudulent activity.

7. Content Ownership

• You retain all ownership rights to your content.
• By submitting your content to ClickCASH, you grant ClickCASH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

• ClickCASH owns all intellectual property rights in the Services, including the website, platform, and content.
• You may not use any of ClickCASH's intellectual property without prior written permission.

9. Termination

ClickCASH may terminate your account and access to the Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

ClickCASH provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ClickCASH makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Services or any content accessed through the Services.

11. Limitation of Liability
